Plan the move before we talk

List the servers that would move and the operating work they take today. Bring both sheets to the first call, and the proposal answers them line by line.

Which servers would move, and who runs them now?

Workload sizing sheet

List every server with its current size and cost, and mark it Move, Stay or Decide later. The sheet does the math and keeps dev and QA separate from production.

Operating work sheet

Record who does each of 25 recurring tasks, such as patching and restore tests, and the hours each one takes. With your loaded hourly cost, the summary gives the monthly engineering time it costs you. Compare every proposal against this list, ours included. Start with the tasks nobody's doing today.
