We write these guides for anyone deciding where their software should run, from a first app to a full production stack.

Authorship
Most guides carry the byline “Petrichor’s cloud engineers,” and a guide written for a general reader is published under the Petrichor name. We check statements about AWS, Microsoft and other vendors against the vendor’s own documentation, and statements about Petrichor say no more than the service pages do.
Where a guide stops applying
These guides cover what usually works. Your app might be the exception, which is why an engineer looks at your actual workload before we quote anything. The service agreement sets what we commit to.
